自2012年以来,我国经济增速开始放慢,煤炭市场出现产能过剩,国有煤矿企业销售低迷,生存困难,创新成为企业改革转型、重获新生的制胜法宝。在现行经济形势下,找到适合国有煤矿企业相互借鉴的创新模式,具有重大的理论意义与实践意义。本文在国家实施创新型战略的背景之下,通过介绍同煤燕子山矿“克尘工作室”成功案例,分析得出了国有煤矿企业组织内部建设创新型组织的具体实施办法。
Since 2012, the economic growth in our country has started to slow down. Overcapacity in the coal market, sluggish sales of state-owned coal mines, and difficulties in survival have made innovation a magic weapon for the recovery and transformation of enterprises and the revival of new life. Under the current economic situation, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to find an innovation model that is suitable for mutual learning by state-owned coal mining enterprises. In the background of the national implementation of innovative strategy, this paper analyzes the successful implementation of “Ketchen Studio” in Yanzishan Mine of the same coal mine and analyzes the concrete implementation measures of building an innovative organization within the state-owned coal mining enterprise organization.
