应用1,6-二苯基-1,3,5-已三烯(DPH)为荧光探针,研究了荞麦花粉黄酮对超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基导致鼠红细胞膜氧化损伤的影响。结果表明,超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基均能引起鼠红细胞膜脂质过氧化反应,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量显著升高,膜脂流动性下降。将鼠红细胞膜预先用荞麦花粉黄酮处理后,膜脂的MDA含量明显下降,呈现剂量与效应关系,膜脂流动性显著提高,表明荞麦花粉黄酮是一种天然抗氧化剂,能防止超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基引起的鼠红细胞膜损伤。
The effect of buckwheat pollen flavonoids on oxidative damage of erythrocyte membrane induced by superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical was studied by using 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triene (DPH) as fluorescent probe. The results showed that both superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical induced lipid peroxidation in rat erythrocyte membrane, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in lipid peroxidation products increased significantly, and the fluidity of membrane lipid decreased. The rat erythrocyte membrane pretreatment with buckwheat pollen flavonoids MDA content decreased significantly, showing the relationship between dose and effect, membrane fluidity significantly increased, indicating that buckwheat pollen is a natural antioxidant that can prevent superoxide anion free Rat and erythrocyte membrane damage induced by hydroxyl radicals.
