目的探讨冰毯亚低温治疗急性脑卒中的临床疗效及对生命体征的影响。方法随机将发病12h内入院的78例急性脑卒中患者分为亚低温治疗组和常规药物治疗组。亚低温治疗组在药物治疗的基础上予冰毯亚低温治疗72h,使体温在32℃~35℃,药物治疗组仅给予常规药物治疗,治疗过程中观察生命体征变化,治疗前和治疗后1个月分别进行神经功能缺损评分判断疗效。结果两组体温及心率均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),冰毯亚低温治疗组的神经功能恢复明显优于常规治疗组。结论合理使用冰毯亚低温疗法,能降低脑组织耗氧量,保护血脑屏障,抑制内源性有害因子的生成和释放,减少脑细胞结构蛋白破坏,促进脑细胞结构和功能的修复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cryogenic blanket mild hypothermia on acute stroke and its impact on vital signs. Methods 78 cases of acute stroke admitted to hospital within 12 hours after onset were divided into mild hypothermia group and conventional drug treatment group. Mild hypothermia treatment group on the basis of drug treatment to the ice blanket mild hypothermia treatment 72h, the body temperature at 32 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, drug treatment group was given only conventional drug treatment, observation of vital signs during treatment, before and after treatment 1 Month, respectively, neurological deficit score to determine the efficacy. Results There were significant differences in body temperature and heart rate between the two groups (P <0.05). The recovery of neurological function of the hypoglycemic treatment group was significantly better than that of the conventional treatment group. Conclusion Rational use of ice blanket mild hypothermia therapy can reduce brain tissue oxygen consumption, protect the blood-brain barrier, inhibit the generation and release of endogenous harmful factors, reduce the destruction of brain cell structural proteins, and promote the repair of brain cell structure and function.
