澜沧江干流出境水量分析工作是我国对外协商谈判所需的重要基础性工作之一。一年多以来,委属有关单位密切配合,抓紧工作,提出了《澜沧江干流出境水量分析报告》(中间成果)。为广泛听取意见,保证成果质量,根据委领导的指示精神,委副总工程师董德化及委规划技术处、勘测设计研究院有关负责同志于8月2日赴京向水利部水利水电规划设计总院汇报上述的中间成果。
