我们江苏锡钢集团公司在国务院批转国家经贸委、冶金部关于邯钢管理经验调查报告的通知下发后,在总结前几年学习邯钢经验的基础上,通过在全公司广泛发动、统一思想,扎扎实实开展学邯钢、练内功、抓管理、增效益的活动,已初步尝到了甜头,取得了成果:生产经营呈现好的趋势,实物量取得今年以来最好成绩;产品结构优化上新台阶;目标成本控制有效突破;实现了扭亏为盈的目标.
Our Jiangsu Xigang Group Corporation issued a notice to the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry on the investigation of Shaoguan Steel’s management experience after it was issued by the State Council. After summarizing the experience of Handan Iron and Steel Group in the previous years, it was widely launched and unified throughout the company. Thoughts, solid development activities for learning the steel industry, training the internal organs, managing management, and increasing profits have already begun to taste the sweetness and achieved results: the production and operation show a good trend, the physical quantity has achieved the best results this year, and the product structure has been optimized.
