目的 探讨雌激素受体 (estrogenreceptor,ER)基因PvuⅡ酶切多态性在北京地区汉族人群中与脑梗死的相关性。方法 通过 2 36例脑梗死患者及 2 6 2例非脑血管病对照的临床及流行病学资料以及采用PCR RFLP方法进行的基因型分析 ,对ER基因PvuⅡ酶切多态性与脑梗死做相关分析。结果 采用多元Logistic回归模型经混杂因素调整后 ,结果 :(1)ER基因Pp基因型与脑梗死显著相关 (OR 1.91;95 %CI 1.19~ 3.0 7;P =0 .0 0 8) ;(2 )ER基因PvuⅡ酶切多态性分别与高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症对脑梗死发病的影响存在明显协同作用。结论 所研究人群中 ,ER基因PvuⅡ酶切多态性与脑梗死显著相关。
Objective To investigate the association of Pvu Ⅱ restriction enzyme of estrogen receptor (ER) gene with cerebral infarction in Beijing Han population. Methods The clinical and epidemiological data of 266 patients with cerebral infarction and 262 non-cerebrovascular disease controls and the genotypic analysis by PCR RFLP method were used to analyze the relationship between PvuⅡ restriction enzyme of ER gene and cerebral infarction analysis. Results The multivariate logistic regression model was adjusted by confounding factors. Results: (1) The Pp genotype of ER gene was significantly associated with cerebral infarction (OR 1.91; 95% CI 1.19-3.07; P = 0.080); (2 ) Pvu Ⅱ ER gene polymorphism with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia on the incidence of cerebral infarction there is a significant synergy. Conclusion In the study population, Pvu Ⅱ restriction enzyme digestion polymorphism of ER gene was significantly associated with cerebral infarction.
