电视摄像管的光电导靶面,至今还局限于少数几种材料,如Sb_2S_3Se及PbO。我们的目的是探索以As Se_3作为高质量靶面的可能性。真空沉积非晶态As Se_3膜的能带间隙约1.7ev,对可见光的灵敏度高。但是它的光响应非常之慢,这种所谓贮存式光电导就防碍了它的应用。
The photoconductive surface of TV cameras has so far been limited to a few materials such as Sb 2 S 3 Se and PbO. Our aim is to explore the possibility of using As Se 3 as a high quality target. The vacuum deposition of amorphous As Se 3 film has an energy band gap of about 1.7 eV and high sensitivity to visible light. But its photoresponsiveness is so slow that this so-called storage photoconductor hampers its use.
