建筑装修一体化技术的普及,使得能够满足自由布线,接线等要求的架空地板得到了广泛的应用。在满足架空地板使用功能的前提下,研发一种新型的架空地板冷弯帽形钢横梁截面,有效增大了建筑室内的使用高度。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对方钢横梁和不同截面的冷弯帽形钢横梁进行受力性能研究。研究表明,新型横梁极限承载力和抗弯刚度与壁厚和翼缘宽度有关,壁厚对极限承载力和抗弯刚度的影响更为显著。冷弯帽形钢横梁在能够满足正常使用要求的同时,增加了地板上方的使用高度,可以取代方钢横梁。
