本文研究了铌对高速钢的组织和性能的影响。并通过试验证明在相同的温度淬火和回火条件下,含有铌时可以使高速钢的硬度、韧性、红硬性和高温拉伸强度得到进一步提高。电子探针测定表明:铌主要存在于碳化物中。铌细化晶粒降低钢的过热敏感性,并能改善碳化物的形态和分布,增加碳化物的弥散度。 本文对铌在高速钢中作用的机理进行了初步探讨,认为铌能够提高高速钢的硬度、红硬性和高温拉伸强度,其主要原因是由于铌提高淬火加热温度,从而提高固溶体的合金度,这样就能提高钢的抗回火能力。
This article studies the effect of niobium on the microstructure and properties of high speed steel. And through the test proved that the same temperature quenching and tempering conditions, containing niobium can make high-speed steel hardness, toughness, red hardness and high temperature tensile strength is further enhanced. Electron probe measurements show that niobium is mainly present in carbides. Niobium grain refinement reduces the overheating sensitivity of the steel and improves the morphology and distribution of carbides and increases the dispersion of carbides. In this paper, the mechanism of niobium in high-speed steel was preliminarily discussed. It is considered that niobium can improve the hardness, red hardness and high-temperature tensile strength of high-speed steel. The main reason is that niobium increases the quenching temperature and thus the solid- This will improve the anti-tempering ability of steel.
