利用统计均匀分布脉冲幅度谱(RUPAS)产生器,研究了多道分析器(MCA)在高计数率工作条件下道址偏移和幅度分辨率改变的某些性质,测定了几种MCA的最大可测脉冲率。测量结果表明:对于给定的脉冲率与脉冲宽度,MCA的道址偏移Δm与随机脉冲幅度平均值E成正比,幅度分辨率Δδ的改变与E成非线性关系。在测试最大脉冲率v_(max)时,用道址相对偏移S,作为鉴别标准比用绝对偏移Δm更为合理。
By using the statistical uniform distribution of pulse amplitude spectrum (RUPAS) generator, some properties of the channel offset and amplitude resolution of multi-channel analyzer (MCA) under high count rate operating conditions were studied.
