本工作采用计算机查表的方法实现了用普通的微密度计作胶片的漫射均方根粒度的测定。用胶片的一条光楔在常规的漫射密度计上测出一组漫射密度值,再在由计算机控制的微密度计上测出对应的仪器密度值。通过计算机插值做出两种密度的转换表。微密度计扫描测定粒度时,计算机自动查表迅速地将测定的每一个仪器密度值转换成漫射密度,从而给出漫射均方根粒度结果。实验测定了几种胶片的粒度数据及q因子随净密度的变化关系。
This work uses a computer look-up table method to achieve with a common micro-density film for the determination of the diffusion-square root mean square particle size. A set of diffusion densities were measured on a conventional diffusion densitometer using a wedge of film and the corresponding instrument density was measured on a computer controlled micrometer. Two types of density conversion tables are made by computer interpolation. Microdetector scanning to determine the particle size, the computer automatically look-up table quickly measured each instrument density value into diffuse density, giving the results of diffuse root mean square particle size. Experimentally measured the particle size data and q-factor of several films as a function of net density.
