日本养老市场的现状与问题日本是全球老龄化进程发展较为迅猛的国家之一,为了应对不断扩大的老龄照护需求,2000年,日本政府出台了属于国家立法的强制性社会保险制度的照护保险制度。提供照护服务的主要机构有,社会福利法人、地方公共团体、医疗法人、营利法人及非营利法人等。日本老人可以享受这些机构所提供的机构养老、上门护理、托老所照护、短期寄宿照顾及生活援助等服务。其中,上门护理和托老所照护成为大多数老年人选择的主要居家养老方式。
Japanese Pension Market Status and Problems Japan is one of the countries where the global aging process is developing rapidly. In response to the expanding needs of aging care, in 2000, the Japanese government introduced a system of care insurance that is compulsory social insurance under national legislation . The main agencies that provide care services are social welfare corporations, local public organizations, medical corporations, profit-making corporations and non-profit corporations. The elderly in Japan can enjoy such services as institutional care, home care, care for the elderly, short-term boarding and living assistance provided by these agencies. Among them, home care and child care care care as the majority of elderly people choose the main way of home care.
