1 临床资料 1.1 58例病人中,男46例,女12例,年龄43岁～72岁,其中12例女性均处在围更年期或已绝经,既往无痛风性急性关节炎发作史。58例病人中有11例空腹血糖升高,2例达Ⅱ型糖尿病诊断标准,分别为7.9和8.1mmol/L,无服用降糖药史,16例甘油三脂或胆固醇升高,8例有肾功能损害(血肌酐升高),但肌酐清除率和血肌酐值未达到氮质血症诊断标准,
