The National Groundwater Information Network and the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Water Resources jointly held the fourth groundwater exchange meeting, which was held in Ning’an, Heilongjiang Province from July 9 to July 1993. A total of 129 participants attended the conference, including representatives of network members of the National Groundwater Information Network, technical advisers to intelligence networks and invited experts. Comrade Ke Li Dan, former deputy director of the Department of Water Conservancy, deputy director of the leading group of groundwater of the Ministry of Water Resources attended the meeting and made an important speech.
