随着世界油气工业的发展,油气管道运输业迅速兴起,管道越铺越长,管径越来越大,但相伴而生的管道破裂、爆炸、起火等等事故也屡屡发生,这类事故往往造成巨大的经济损失、人身伤亡和环境破坏。因此,世界各国对油气运输管道的运行安全问题都特别重视,为防不测,研究开发了许多预测、检测、预防、分析、诊断等方法和技术,对降低事故发生频率起了很大的作用。本文从天然气管道运行中存在问题进行分析,重点阐述了如何科学合理的做好统一指挥、全面协调,保证油气管道安全平稳运行。
With the development of oil and gas industry in the world, the transportation of oil and gas pipelines is rapidly rising. The longer the pipelines are, the larger the pipe diameters. However, accidents such as pipeline rupture, explosion, fire and so on occur frequently, Resulting in huge economic losses, personal injuries and environmental damage. Therefore, all countries in the world pay special attention to the operational safety of oil and gas pipelines. In order to prevent accidents, many methods and techniques of prediction, detection, prevention, analysis and diagnosis have been researched and developed, which have played a significant role in reducing the frequency of accidents. This article analyzes the existing problems in the operation of natural gas pipelines, and emphatically elaborates on how to conduct unified command and coordination in a scientific and reasonable manner so as to ensure the safe and smooth operation of oil and gas pipelines.
