通过水模试验的方法测量了转炉双联法在不同喷吹条件下熔池运动的基本参数。试验结果表明,脱磷炉底吹供气强度超过0.30m3/(t·min)时,增加供气量对缩短混匀时间作用不明显。熔池中有10%(质量分数)废钢时,混匀时间平均延长63%。用高供氧强度吹炼(5m3/(t·min)),脱碳的喷溅率比正常供氧量有很大提高。采用喷孔交错布置喷头和适当加大炉容比可以降低喷溅率。
The basic parameters of the molten pool movement under different injection conditions were measured by the method of water mode test. The test results show that when the gas supply intensity of dephosphorization furnace bottom exceeds 0.30m3 / (t · min), it is not obvious to increase the gas supply to shorten the mixing time. With a 10% (mass fraction) scrap in the bath, the mixing time was extended by an average of 63%. High-oxygen intensity blowing (5m3 / (t · min)), decarburization splash rate than the normal oxygen supply has greatly improved. The use of spray holes staggered arrangement of the nozzle and increase the furnace capacity ratio can reduce the splash rate.
