以湖南主要推广品种湘苎三号、Tri-2等为对照,对苎麻新品系R057韧皮纤维细胞的发育特性进行了较系统研究。结果表明:苎麻新品系R057横切面韧皮纤维细胞壁厚与直径的大小具有季别差异,纤维强力与细度性状均优于对照;离析单纤维结节数较少、壁腔比、节间距离较大,明显大于其余对照;其分株能力强,有效株数多,高达22株/m2,明显优于对照,具有高产优质品种的基本特征。
In this study, the developmental characteristics of a new ramie line R057 bast fiber were systematically studied with the main varieties Hunan Xiangzhu 3 and Tri-2 as the control. The results showed that there was a seasonal difference in the thickness and the diameter of bast fiber in R057 cross-section, and the fiber strength and fineness traits were better than those in the control. The number of isolated single fiber nodules was less, the wall-to-cavity ratio, internode distance Larger and obviously larger than the rest of the control. Its ability to divide and multiply and its effective number of plants was as high as 22 plants per m2, which was significantly better than that of the control and had the basic characteristics of high-yield and high-quality varieties.
