本文以鄂尔多斯高原碱湖钝顶螺旋藻(S1)及非洲乍得湖钝顶螺旋藻(S2)为实验材料,通过生理学方法研究了低温、强光胁迫处理后S1、S2的补偿生长。结果表明:藻体叶绿素a、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量在低温、强光胁迫条件下均呈现出不同程度的下降;低温、强光下处理的样品在室温、自然光下进行恢复生长,S1各项生理指标的恢复均快于S2,且恢复时间与处理温度、时间呈负相关;对不同条件下处理的藻细胞镜检发现:低温、强光处理后的藻丝体发生不同程度的断裂,颜色由深变浅,发生光漂白,光漂白程度均为S2>S1。
In this paper, the compensatory growth of S1 and S2 after low temperature and high light stress treatment were studied by means of physiology method, using the alkaline lake Spirulina platensis (S1) in Erdos Plateau and the Spirulina platensis in Lake Chad (Africa) as experimental material. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, soluble sugar and soluble protein in the algae all showed different degrees of descent under the conditions of low temperature and high light stress. The samples treated under low temperature and high light resumed growth under natural light at room temperature. The recovery of physiological index was faster than that of S2, and the recovery time was negatively correlated with the treatment temperature and time. The microscopic examination of algae cells treated under different conditions showed that the hyphae treated with low temperature and light had different degrees of rupture, From deep to shallow, photobleaching occurs, the degree of photobleaching is S2> S1.
