本文介绍了一种在线测量钻头刀柄扭矩的新型钻削用传感器—涡流传感器,其输出信号与它到钻柄的距离在0.2~0.5mm范围内时无关。这种传感器除了能测量反映加工参数的平均扭矩外,由于在刀具破损前的短时间内能检测出高频动态信号,所以它还能用于刀具破损的预测。它的另一优点是在几乎所有的机床上能轻易实现安装。
This paper presents a new type of eddy current sensor for on-line torque measurement of bit shank whose output signal is independent of its distance from the shank in the range of 0.2-0.5 mm. In addition to measuring the average torque reflecting the machining parameters, this sensor can also be used to predict tool breakage because high-frequency dynamic signals can be detected shortly before the tool is damaged. Another advantage is its ease of installation on almost any machine.
