巨噬细胞上的Ia抗原的表达是衡量机体特异性免疫的指标之一。近年来,大量研究表明,巨噬细胞表面的Ia抗原的表达受到许多因素的影响。本文研究人参皂甙对大白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)Ia抗原表达的影响。1 实验材料1.1 动物 SD大鼠,150g左右,由本校动物房供应,雌性。1.2 小鼠抗大鼠Ia抗原的单克隆抗体(MaRIa)由邦定生物医学公司进口分装。1.3 APAAP酶免疫测试盒 购自邦定生物医学公司。1.4 人参皂甙 人参皂甙购自吉林省靖宇亚威制药
The expression of Ia antigen on macrophages is one of the indicators for measuring body-specific immunity. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that the expression of Ia antigen on the surface of macrophages is affected by many factors.
