2008年下半年以来,全球金融危机对以外向型经济为主导的满洲里口岸地区造成严重冲击,口岸过货量锐减,中俄贸易额呈现大幅下滑态势。作为满洲里市经济增长重要推动力量的外贸企业,大都处于经营困难境地,尤其是授信、融资困难已成为制约外贸企业发展壮大的瓶颈,引起了社会各界的高度关注。了解满洲里市边境贸易企业的生存状况及其资金融通情况,为金融业合理确定信贷策略,使其充分发挥信贷支“外”作用,对于加快口岸经济发展,推进口岸外向型经济发展进程至关重要。本文就满洲里地区外贸企业近三年的业务拓展、授信、融资等情况展开调查,分析存在的问题和困难,并提出相应的对策和建议。
Since the second half of 2008, the global financial crisis has had a serious impact on Manzhouli Port, a region dominated by an outward-oriented economy. As the most important driving force for economic growth in Manchuria, most foreign trade enterprises are in a difficult position to handle business, especially credit granting and financing difficulties have become the bottlenecks restricting the growth and development of foreign trade enterprises and have drawn great attention from all sectors of society. To understand the living conditions of the border trade enterprises in Manchuria and the availability of their funds, to define a credit strategy for the financial industry so that it can give full play to the role of “credit support” and accelerate the development of port economy and promote the export-oriented economic development process to Important. This paper investigates the business expansion, credit extension and financing of foreign trade enterprises in Manchuria in the recent three years, analyzes the existing problems and difficulties and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
