目的了解一起甲1亚型流行性感冒(流感)爆发流行株的病原学特性。方法将流行株与当地同期流行的流感毒株进行比较,并对爆发的代表株进行血凝素基因片段(HA1)的核苷酸序列测定,分析抗原变异情况。结果除本起爆发为甲1亚型,另1起为甲1与甲3亚型的病毒偶合外,同期的其它几起爆发均为甲3亚型病毒引起。对从甲1亚型爆发中分离到的病毒进行核苷酸序列测定结果,此次爆发的毒株与当地2002年前流行过的毒株相似,仅为3个氨基酸的差异,同源性为99.1%。结论此次爆发的甲1亚型流感病毒的抗原性与2002年前的流行株相比未发生重大变异,流行强度也只局限于局部爆发。
Objective To understand the etiological characteristics of a pandemic influenza A (influenza) outbreak pandemic. Methods The strains were compared with the influenza strains in the same period in our country. The nucleotide sequence of the hemagglutinin gene fragment (HA1) was detected in the representative strain of the outbreak, and the variation of the antigen was analyzed. Results In addition to the first outbreak of the T1 subtype and the other from T1 and T3 subtype virus coupling, the same period of several other outbreaks are caused by the subtype A 3 virus. The nucleotide sequence of the virus isolated from the outbreak of T1 subtype was similar to that of the local strain prevalent in 2002 with only three amino acid differences and the homology was 99.1%. Conclusion The antigenicity of Influenza A subtype 1 outbreak did not change significantly compared with the pre-2002 epidemic strains, and the prevalence of the epidemic was confined to local outbreaks.
