将超声振动实时施加到激光重熔修复金属材料过程,通过力学性能测试与断口分析研究超声振动对激光重熔修复工艺的影响。结果表明,超声振动增加了激光重熔试样的抗拉强度,强度最高恢复至母材强度的83%,在所选振动功率范围内,振动功率越高,试样强度越好。重熔试样的断裂为源于重熔区域的脆性断裂,断口呈明显的沿晶断裂特征;超声振动使试样重熔区断口由沿晶断裂向穿晶断裂转变,重熔区域断口表现比较均匀。
Ultrasonic vibration was applied to laser remelting metal material in real time. The influence of ultrasonic vibration on laser remelting process was studied by mechanical property test and fracture analysis. The results show that the ultrasonic vibration increases the tensile strength of the laser remelted sample, and the strength reaches the maximum of 83% of the strength of the base metal. Within the selected vibration power range, the higher the vibration power, the better the sample strength. The fracture of the remelted sample was brittle fracture originating from the remelting zone, and the fracture showed obvious intergranular fracture characteristics. The ultrasonic vibration changed the fracture of the remelted zone from intergranular fracture to transgranular fracture, Evenly.
