目的探索从第三军医大学西南医院分离的四种变形链球菌临床株的生长特征和粘附能力。方法采用传统和经典的玻璃试管粘附试验方法,对四种变形链球菌临床株在玻璃试管中粘附24h、48h后的生长特性和粘附率进行统计分析比较。结果从第三军医大学西南医院分离并鉴定命名为11号临床菌株的生长速度稍快于标准株ATCC700610和1、8、14号临床菌株,但不存在显著性差异;11号临床菌株在玻璃试管上粘附24h和48h的粘附率均高于标准株ATCC700610和1、8、14号三株变形链球菌临床菌株;对四种变形链球菌临床菌株对玻璃试管粘附24h后粘附率比较,11号临床菌株和标准株ATCC700610间存在显著性差异;对四种变形链球菌临床株对玻璃试管粘附48h后粘附率比较发现,标准株ATCC700610和8号、14号临床株间差异显著,1号和8、11、14号临床菌株间差异显著。结论本次研究结果提示从第三军医大学西南医院分离鉴定并命名为11号临床菌株具有较强的粘附能力,可以为后期有关变形链球菌疫苗研发和研究提供一定的理论参考和科学依据。
Objective To explore the growth characteristics and adhesion of four Streptococcus mutans clinical isolates isolated from the Southwest Hospital of the Third Military Medical University. Methods The traditional and classic glass tube adhesion test methods were used to compare the growth characteristics and the adhesion rate of four Streptococcus mutans clinical strains in glass test tubes for 24h and 48h. Results The isolation and identification of the clinical strain named No. 11 from the Southwest Hospital of the Third Military Medical University was slightly faster than that of the standard strains ATCC700610 and No.1,8,14, but there was no significant difference. The No. 11 clinical strain was grown in a glass tube Adhesion rate was higher than that of the three strains of Streptococcus mutans of ATCC700610 and 1,8,14 on the adhesion of 24h and 48h. The adhesion rate of the four strains of Streptococcus mutans to glass tube adhesion 24h , Clinical isolates of No. 11 and the standard strain ATCC700610 there was a significant difference between the four strains of Streptococcus mutans adhesion to glass test tube adhesion 48h comparison found that the standard strains ATCC700610 and No. 8 and No. 14 clinical significant difference , No. 1 and No. 8,11,14 significant difference between clinical strains. Conclusion The results of this study suggest that the clinical isolates identified as No. 11 from the Southwest Hospital of the Third Military Medical University have strong adhesion ability and may provide some theoretical and scientific evidences for the development and research of Streptococcus mutans vaccine in the later period.
