本文以含倾斜裂纹平板和加劲板为实验模型,进行了平板和加劲板Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型裂纹疲劳扩展实验。本文提出了复合型加劲板应力强度因子的工程算法,并利用S法和应变准则进行寿命估算,对扩展路径以及线切割预制和疲劳预制裂纹的异同进行了讨论。 实验与计算的结果表明,本文提出的复合型加劲板应力强度因子算法是一种较好的工程算法,应变准则应用于疲劳问题以估算寿命,其结果相当令人满意。
In this paper, the experimental model of slab with cracked slab and stiffened plate is taken as the experimental model, and the fatigue crack growth of the composite slab and stiffened plate Ⅰ-Ⅱ is carried out. In this paper, the engineering algorithm of the stress intensity factor of the composite stiffener is put forward, and the life estimation is made by using the S method and the strain criterion. The similarities and differences between the extended path and the preforming of the wire cutting and the fatigue crack are discussed. The experimental and computational results show that the proposed stress intensity factor composite stiffener algorithm is a good engineering algorithm, strain criterion applied to fatigue problems to estimate life expectancy, the results are quite satisfactory.
