通过职业病危害现场调查和系统工程分析,某公司200 t/d难处理金精矿冶炼过程存在的主要职业病危害因素为矽尘、三氧化二砷、氰化物、噪声等。经检测,矽尘(总、呼)超标岗位包括圆盘给料机、水平皮带输送机、焙烧炉区、刮板输送机,超标率分别为40%和20%。三氧化二砷超标岗位为砷库包装和叉车,超标率达50%。职业病危害防治关键控制点为皮带输送系统和砷库包装。
According to the field investigation and systematic engineering analysis of occupational hazards, the main occupational hazards that exist in the smelting of 200 t / d refractory gold concentrate in a certain company are silica dust, arsenic trioxide, cyanide, noise and so on.
