确保粮食稳定是东亚安定和成长的必要条件。如果经济合作协定区域内的任何一个国家都不必付出很大牺牲就能构筑一个农产品分工体系,区域经济一体化本身将实现得更加顺畅,意义亦将不断加深。东亚共同农业政策(EACAP)的目标就是尊重东亚区域内各国自身的农业政策,同时尽可能统一区域内的农业政策和农产品贸易、投资政策。
Ensuring food stability is a necessary condition for stability and growth in East Asia. If any country in the area of economic cooperation agreement can build a system of division of labor in agriculture without sacrificing a great deal, the integration of regional economies will itself be smoothed out and its significance will deepen. The objective of the East Asia Common Agricultural Policy (EACAP) is to respect each country's own agricultural policies in East Asia while maximizing the unification of agricultural policies and agricultural trade and investment policies in the region.
