肾移植患者因长期使用免疫抑制药,机体免疫力下降,发生急性阑尾炎时临床表现不典型,病情发展迅速,如未能早期确诊并及时治疗,常导致严重的不良后果。近期,我们回顾性分析了2004年1月—2013年6月收治的肾移植术后急性阑尾炎8例临床资料。现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况本组8例中,男7例,女1例;年龄23~69岁,平均41岁。肾移植术后1~18年(其中2次肾移植术后1例),中位时间5年。移植肾位于右 Due to long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs, renal transplant patients have decreased immunity, clinical manifestations of atypical appendicitis when acute appendicitis occurs, and their condition develops rapidly.
