本研究运用《组织公正感问卷》对7所中学的360名教师进行调查,结果发现,中学教师的组织公正感总体水平较低,尤其是分配和互动公正感较低。而在人口学变量上,国办和私立中学在总体公正感和分配公正上出现显著性差异;不同性别的中学教师在程序公正上出现了显著性差异;不同工作年限、不同工作职位的中学教师在互动公正上出现了显著性的差异。
In this study, a survey of 360 teachers in 7 secondary schools using the Questionnaire on Organizational Justice was conducted. It was found that the overall sense of organizational justice of secondary school teachers was low, especially in the sense of low sense of fairness in distribution and interaction. However, in the demographic variables, there are significant differences in the overall sense of justice and distributional justice among the state-run and private secondary schools. Secondary school teachers of different genders have significant differences in procedural justice.
