服务育人是学校为学生发展、成人成才而提供的服务行为,也是学校课程服务化的结果。学校站在“人的发展”的教育原点,通过新服务概念、学生界面、服务传递系统、技术选择四个维度进行服务育人的模式创新,实施服务清单的动态调整,根据“蓝海战略”提出的“增加—减少—剔除—创造”四步骤,确定学校服务育人关键要素的定位,确定服务育人的价值曲线,提升学校价值创造能力和集成创新能力。
Service education is the service provided by the school for the development of students and adults. It is also the result of the service of the school curriculum. The school stands on the education origin of “human development ”, innovates the mode of serving and educating people through the four dimensions of new service concept, student interface, service delivery system and technology selection, and implements the dynamic adjustment of service list. According to “Blue Ocean Strategy ”to“ Increase - Reduce - Remove - Create ”four steps to determine the positioning of key elements of school service education, to determine the value of service education curve, to enhance the school’s value creation ability and integrated innovation ability.
