进入21世纪后,学校教育特别是中小学教育从应试教育转向素质教育,学校档案工作,要接受上级的“素质教育评估”、“文明学校评估”等一系列的考核,为适应当前教育部门的改革,学校档案分类更加具体精细。根据近几年上级主管部门对学校工作进行检查、考核时要求校方提供各种档案佐证材料的实际情况以及本人多年来档案管理工作的经验,笔者认为中小学档案管理工作应加强以下五个方面文件材料的建立、收集、整理、归档工作。
