以D38S为材料,对其育性转换与光周期、温度的关系进行了研究。结果表明:D38S育性主要受光照长度控制。表现为短日诱导花粉不育,长日诱导花粉可育,诱导不育的临界光照长度为13.25h。对光周期诱导敏感的时期为二次枝梗穗原基分化至花粉母细胞减数分裂期。在长日可育条件下,花粉母细胞减数分裂期的温度对花粉可育性有一定影响,在日均温20.9~30.0℃范围内,花粉可染率随温度上升而上升,当日均温超过31℃时,花粉的可染率随温度上升而下降。在人工12h短光照条件下,20,22,24,26和28℃5种温度处理的结实率都为0。
Taking D38S as material, the relationship between fertility transformation and photoperiod and temperature was studied. The results showed that D38S fertility was mainly controlled by light length. The results showed that the critical light length of induced pollen sterility was short-day induction and fertile and long-day induced pollen was 13.25 hours. The period sensitive to photoperiod induction was the differentiation of secondary shoots to the pollen mother cell meiosis stage. Under long-day fertile conditions, the pollen mother cell meiosis temperature had some influence on the fertility of pollen. At the daily average temperature of 20.9-30.0 ℃, the pollen dyeability increased with the increase of temperature, When the temperature exceeds 31 ℃, the pollen dyeing rate decreases with the increase of temperature. Under artificial light conditions for 12 hours, the seed setting rates of 5 treatments at 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28 ℃ were all zero.
