毛泽东关于“上海有前途、要发展”的战略决策对上海乃至全国产生了重大影响。首先,在于其成功运用了预见性战略思维方法,从而面对错综复杂的国际形势,能够超越现实、预见未来、抓住机遇、把握主动。其次,在于其成功运用了系统性战略思维方法,从而在各种困难和挑战面前,能够统筹兼顾、抓住重点、扬长补短、推动发展。再次,在于其成功运用了联合性战略思维方法,从而面对新形势新任务,能够凝聚力量、攻坚克难、坚定不移、奋勇前进。
Mao Zedong’s strategic decision on “Shanghai has a future and wants to develop” has had a significant impact on Shanghai and the whole country. First of all, in the successful application of predictive strategic thinking, the United States can face the complicated international situation, surpass the reality, anticipate the future, seize the opportunities and take the initiative. Second, in the successful application of a systematic and strategic thinking approach, it can take all factors into consideration, grasp the key points, make up for shortcomings and promote development in the face of various difficulties and challenges. Thirdly, in the successful application of a united strategic thinking method, we can cope with difficulties, persevere and advance courageously in the face of the new situation and new tasks.
