Objective To analyze the influencing factors of treatment effect of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our country. Methods From the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in our country, 400 cases of tuberculosis patients and 400 cases of tuberculosis patients failed in treatment were randomly selected from the eastern, western and central regions of China. Analysis of clinical data, including age, education, sputum test results at the end of 2 months, drug resistance, economic ability, treatment process, clinical symptoms and so on. Results There was no significant difference between the treatment success group and the failure treatment group in the treatment success group in the eastern region (P> 0.05). The non-drug resistance and the annual income 10 The proportion of patients with standardized or above-standard treatment was higher than that of the treatment failure group. The age and clinical symptoms of the patients were significantly lower than those of the four treatment groups (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the proportion of patients with positive results of sputum examination at the end of 2 months in the western, central regions and the overall treatment success group in our country (P> 0.05); those with successful junior high school or above, The annual income of more than 100,000, the whole process of standardizing the treatment of patients were higher than the failure treatment group, patients age, clinical symptoms> 4 kinds of patients were significantly lower than the treatment failure group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
