种子发芽是一系列复杂的生物化学和生理学的变化过程,而呼吸作用与物质转化,都必须依靠酶的活动来进行。当种子取得适当水分、空气两条件后,温度就显得特别重要。在一定温度范围内,酶的活性是随温度增高而加强。然而各种植物的种子发芽的适温又各有差异,这是植物在某些自然环境条件下长期积累所形成遗传特性所决定的。试验的目的与方法本试验的目的是了解温度对发芽率不高的9种木本经济植物有哪些影响,能否促进发芽速度和提高发芽率。
