正所谓“文化作为一个民族的血脉,是人民最为重要的精神家园,也是政党的精神旗帜。”从这当中我们可以看出,中华优秀传统文化是整个党自身文化生成的重要思想源泉,将优秀的传统文化与基层党建工作进行创新性的结合探讨,充分发扬、传承优秀传统文化所具有的时代价值以及精神,能够对基层党建工作的实施和发展具有极强的促进作用,同时也能够对每一个党员的自身修养、优秀品质进行提升加强,为构建良好的发展方向打下坚实的理论基础和实践经验。
