采用熔融共混的方法,通过无机粒子填充HDPE/POE共混体系制备复合材料。研究了Al粉、Al_2O_3粉、石墨(GP)这3种单一填料以及Al_2O_3/GP、Al/GP共2种复配填料对复合材料的导热导电和流变性能的影响。流变性能表明复合材料的动态模量随着石墨含量的增加而增加,且复合材料的损耗因子(tanδ)逐渐减小。当石墨含量(质量分数)为33%和50%时,复合材料的损耗因子小于1,复合材料内填料形成了网络结构。由于形成了导热导电通路,复合材料的热导率和电导率都得到明显提高。将含量为50%的石墨填充到HDPE/POE基体中,HDPE/POE/GP的导热率是1.8 W/(m·K),是HDPE/POE的5.3倍。
Using melt blending method, the HDPE / POE blend system was filled with inorganic particles to prepare the composite material. The effects of Al powder, Al_2O_3 powder and graphite (GP) three kinds of single filler and Al_2O_3 / GP and Al / GP composite filler on the thermal conductivity and rheological properties of the composites were studied. The rheological properties show that the dynamic modulus of composites increases with the increase of graphite content, and the loss factor (tan δ) of composites decreases gradually. When the graphite content (mass fraction) is 33% and 50%, the loss factor of the composites is less than 1, and the filler in the composites forms the network structure. Due to the formation of thermal conductive paths, the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of the composites have been significantly improved. The content of 50% graphite is filled into HDPE / POE matrix. The thermal conductivity of HDPE / POE / GP is 1.8 W / (m · K), which is 5.3 times that of HDPE / POE.
