各位会员代表、各位领导、各位来宾:中国酿酒工业协会啤酒分会于1993年10月成立,时近九年。今天召开第二次会员代表大会,要选举产生第二届理事会。现在我代表啤酒分会第一届理事会向大家作工作报告,请予审议。二十世纪九十年代是我国啤酒工业发展的重要时期,啤酒产量从八十年代末的快速上升过渡为稳定增长;行业改制、改组、改造工作加强,集团化、规模化速度加快;市场扩大,产品质量显著提高,品种增加,满足了不同层次的消费需求。啤酒分会成立九年来,也正值我国经济体制改革全面深化的阶段,原轻工业部改组为轻工总会,继而改为国家轻工业局,1998年又撤销。在政府机构职能转变的特殊时期,行业协会的工作重点也随之发 Dear Members, Leaders, Ladies and Gentlemen: The China Brewery Industry Association Beer Branch was established in October 1993 for nearly nine years. The second congress of members was held today to elect the second council. Now, on behalf of the first session of the Beer Chapter, I will give a working report to all of you for your consideration. The 1990s was an important period for the development of the beer industry in China. The beer production transitioned from a rapid rise in the late 1980s to a steady increase. The restructuring, reorganization, and transformation of the industry were strengthened, and the speed of grouping and scale was accelerated; the market was expanded. The product quality has been significantly improved and the variety has increased to meet different levels of consumer demand. The establishment of the beer branch for nine years was at a time when China’s economic restructuring was fully deepened. The former Ministry of Light Industry was reorganized as a light industry association, and then changed to the State Light Industry Bureau. In 1998, it was withdrawn.
