合成了7对B环有不同取代基的7-羟基黄烷酮和7-羟基黄酮。比较了它们对离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量、心肌收缩力和心率的影响。发现2,3-位双键存在时抑制心肌收缩的作用较为明显。
Seven pairs of 7-hydroxyflavanone and 7-hydroxyflavone with different substituents on ring B were synthesized. Their effects on coronary flow, myocardial contractility and heart rate in isolated guinea pig hearts were compared. Found 2,3-bit double bond in the presence of inhibition of myocardial contractility effect is more obvious.
