随着语音业务需求趋于饱和、数据业务需求的快速增长,政企客户作为数据业务需求较大的客户类型,目前各运营商纷纷对他们预覆盖流程的售前、售中和售后工作进行优化,并在网络预覆盖统一规划的基础上,提出综合点、线、面、室内覆盖的方案。但政企客户网络预覆盖工作仍存在以下问题:场景种类多,覆盖难度大;网络资源前期准备不足,提前布局不够,导致有业务需求的区域未能有效配置资源;预覆盖流程环节多,涉及部门多,协调难度大等。鉴于此,本文提出一种基于场景划分的政企客户网络预覆盖管理方法,一方面明确政企客户预覆盖各类场景及原则、策略,另一方面优化政企客户网络预覆盖管理流程,明确相关单位分工,降低协调难度。
