四、计算法例题:待加工工件直径D=50公厘,材料为y9A,已加工后直径为45公厘,试计算走刀量及转速,使机床全部动力被利用。解:由上盤中查出y9A的材料系数C_v=180 。应切削的深度=(50-45)/2=2.5公厘。如切削力选为600公斤,转动上盤,令C_p=180对正中盤上P_z=600。则在中盤上t=2.5处就对正上盤S=1.5(图六)。再用P_z=20的原点对正下盤D=50,则中盤上P_z=600处,对正下盤M=15。再由下盤最外一圈M与N的数列上查得,当M=15时,N=380(图六)。用指示圈指着N=380,则D=50处对正中盤上切削速度为60(图五)。现在试用公式计算来校对
