在高科技产业市场竞争中,专利池发挥着越来越重要的作用。其中,以行业领先企业为主导建立的专利池被称为企业驱动型专利池。总结了我国现有企业驱动型专利池的特点与形成模式。根据现有的4个成熟的企业驱动型专利池共计7 000余个专利数据,运用负二项回归模型分析研究了企业驱动型专利池对本行业创新效应的影响,提出了企业驱动型专利池在行业技术发展不同阶段的积极效应、运营机制的内在缺陷及优化途径。
