现在各铁路局焊铺无缝线路方法大都相同,均先在焊轨厂以接触焊或气压焊焊成200~250米的长轨,再用长轨列车运卸到工地,现场以铝热焊焊成2,000米左右的长段,然后按规定换铺并锁定,即成为温度应力式无缝线路。这种方法主要有两大问题。一是要巨资建厂,施工程序复杂,运输干扰大,成本较高。二是造成轨道上有两种性能不同的钢轨焊接接头。其中铝热焊接头强度低,质量差,折断率高,成为无缝线路中的薄弱环节。
At present, the methods of welding seamless lines by railway administration are mostly the same.
