要按接近实际现场负荷条件对大型机械系统进行疲劳试验,需要做大量准备工作。在实验室试验之前就应对现场试验采用的加载程序和方法进行分析,并予以确定。本文介绍试验液压凿岩钴臂时出现的问题及解决办法。对样机按正常现场作业条件进行了变形情况测量。根据这些大量的模拟数据,又研究了加载程序,确定了把确定的负荷值施加到正确受力点上的方法。从收集到的模拟数据,选择合适的应变量,然后把这些应变量转换成适当的信号,用以编制数据程序。文中讨论了把这些应变量转换成适当形式的问题,也一并讨论了必须实行的简化问题及其后果。在结语中,作者提出了安排大型机械系统疲劳试验应考虑哪些因素的建议。
To be close to the actual load conditions of the field of large-scale mechanical systems fatigue test, need to do a lot of preparatory work. Prior to laboratory tests, the loading procedures and methods used in the field tests should be analyzed and determined. This article introduces the problems and solutions in the test of hydraulic rock drilling cobalt arm. The deformation of the prototype according to normal operating conditions were measured. Based on these large numbers of simulation data, the loading procedure was also studied, and the method of applying the determined load value to the correct stress point was determined. From the collected simulation data, select the appropriate strain quantities, and then convert these strain quantities into appropriate signals for compiling the data program. The paper discusses the conversion of these variables into appropriate forms and also discusses the simplified issues and their consequences that must be pursued. In conclusion, the authors suggest that what factors should be considered in the fatigue tests for large mechanical systems.
