The 3rd Member Congress of China Hydroelectric Engineering Society: I participated in the two previous conferences. I cannot attend this time because of some reason. I would like to express my greetings and congratulations. Since its founding, the Institute has done a lot of useful work to promote the development of China’s hydropower industry, especially in recent years.
