地理是一个庞大的知识体系,不仅涉及基本的方位知识、地理常识,还包含丰富人文内容、民俗文化。对于丰富学生的学习生活、提升学生的视野见闻有着重要的促进意义。然而由于地理科目的课时安排较少、教学内容偏多,学生学习起来相对困难。教学中教师要善于联系学生的实际生活,通过生活化素材的运用、生活化情境的创设来拉近学生与地理科目之间的距离,降低学生的理解难度,丰富学生的学习素材,调动学生的学习积极性,提升地理的教学效率。
