当前部分产品滞销积压,这与长期以来存在的重生产、轻市场,重产量、轻质量,重投入、轻效益的经济观念有关。一些地区、部门,盲目追求产值增长速度,向企业下达年度计划时,在产值上层层加码,并实行产电挂钩,不管产品畅销、滞销,一律按产值分配供电量。有些企业为了多获得一些计划供电量,或为了夺得双增双节优胜单位荣誉,不得不增加自销部分的滞销产品生产,使积压雪上加霜。要防止新的滞销积压,一定要把抓经济工作的指导思想切实转到以提高经济效益为中心的轨道上来。为此:
