对老年小鼠以AlCl3复制老年痴呆模型,以特异性M1和M2受体亚型抗体检测模型小鼠海马M1和M2受体含量,观察天泰Ⅱ号对模型小鼠的作用效果。结果表明,模型小鼠海马M1和M2含量显著降低,天泰Ⅱ号可显著提高模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,并显著增加其海马M1受体亚型的含量,但对M2无明显影响
The Alzheimer’s model of Alzheimer’s mice was used to replicate the Alzheimer’s disease model. M1 and M2 receptors in the hippocampus of the model mice were detected with specific M1 and M2 subtype antibodies. The effect of Tiantai II on model mice was observed. The results showed that the contents of M1 and M2 in the hippocampus of model mice were significantly decreased, and Tiantai II could significantly improve the learning and memory ability of model mice, and significantly increased the content of M1 receptor subtypes in hippocampus, but had no significant effect on M2.
