高职钢琴教学应突出职业教育人才的培养特点,落实素质教育,加快基础音乐教育的人才培养,发挥学生的主动性,给学生创造良好的学习环境,而分层次教学能顺应学生身心发展的客观规律,尊重学生个性,充分挖掘学生的潜能和潜质,面向全体,促进包括后进生在内所有学生全面发展的有效措施,体现了“教育机会人人均等”的原则。本文对高职钢琴分层次教学中学生学习状况分析及对策进行了探讨。
