作者利用右心导管将化学药物注入被癌瘤侵及的动脉,治疗不适于手术和放射疗法的枝气管癌瘤,共18例,均經活体組織检查証实診断,全部为男性,年在40—75岁间,病理診断10例皮样癌,六例变形浆細胞癌,二例腺癌。患者以前均未接受放射治疗或癌瘤的化学治疗。右心导管术系自任何一側正中貴要静脉送入导管,使管端达于右側肺动脉第一分枝处,如因技术困难导管不能送入左侧肺动脉,可改用三腔导管,阻閉右側肺动脉而将药物注入左侧肺动脉。化学药物之选择,仍以芥氮为最佳,因
The authors used right heart catheters to inject chemical agents into the arteries that were invaded by cancerous tumors to treat bronchial duct carcinomas not suitable for surgery and radiation therapy. A total of 18 cases were confirmed by biopsy. All were male and the year was 40. Between the ages of 75 years old, pathological diagnosis of 10 cases of skin-like carcinoma, 6 cases of modified plasma cell carcinoma, and 2 cases of adenocarcinoma. None of the patients had previously received radiation therapy or cancer chemotherapy. The right heart catheterization system sends the catheter from the right side of the middle orthopedic vein to the right side of the first branch of the right pulmonary artery. If the catheter cannot be delivered into the left pulmonary artery because of technical difficulties, a three-lumen catheter can be used instead.
